The water that we use
The water that we use is called pure water (purified water) containing no total dissolved solids (TDS) unlike our tap water. This leaves behind no smears or hard water stains on the glass at all and there are no additives, all just water.
Pure Water
How we make pure water is by using reverse osmosis (RO) and deionisation (DI), this process removes the TDS from the tap water.
TDS levels
TDS levels in the tap water are at 260 parts per million (PPM) as we are in a hard water area, after RO/DI the TDS levels are 000 PPM!
Rain Water
Rain water has very low TDS levels so is classed as soft water. This will not interfere with how the pure water works to clean your windows.
